Think of QO as a staff member who is prepared to work for you on a 'no-win no-fee' basis. We act on a no win, no fee basis right alongside you. We only get paid when you get paid.

SPECIALIST LOCUM TENENS

Think of QO as a specialist 'locum tenens' whose sole job description is to prepare expert quantum assessments (in whatever format you require) and within 72 hours* of being given the file.

CHARGING YOUR CLIENT'S FILE

At the conclusion of QO's review, you will receive a properly itemised invoice, which will mirror the basis upon which you are acting for your client. Just like a locum tenens performing the work, you will be able to apply your own charge out rates (or scale items if that's how you are billing your matter) to the work done by QO.

At QO KISS is King so we simply charge our work at half your hourly rate as noted in your Cost Agreement/Disclosure Notice documentation. You then apply your full rate to the items noted in our invoice to you, when it comes time to bill your client. We also expect with a detailed, well reasoned quantum assessment, your client will likely enjoy a higher settlement/judgement which in turn gives you more chance of minimising those pesky "50:50 rule" moments.
